This new construction could reach up to 300m2 in total.

The property has 400 meters of river that delimit a large part of the property. It is natural that the river may not have water in the summer.

The property is almost entirely fenced, there are 2 water wells on the property, some fruit trees, eucalyptus, mimosas, olive groves and areas for agriculture.

All the buildings require complete reconstruction inside, if you wish to install water and electricity connections from the grid, it is approximately 400 meters away.

Soalheira is at the beginning of the beautiful Gardunha mountain range, a granite mountain that no one remains indifferent to due to its beauty.

This farm also has some large stones characteristic of the region, namely granite. It also has several terraces, all of which are easily accessible.

The main road is 800 meters away. The access road to the property is flat and accessible to all types of vehicles due to its good condition.
